

I had this issue almost a year ago when i bought F1 2014 and again now. It reads "The Steam servers are too busy to handle your request for F1 2013 Error Code (41)" I get a similar problem with F1 2014. Steam simply needs to be installed in it's default location. You don't need to move your games however. I tried about every other more simple solution but in the end this was the fix. Steam told me to refresh my steam files but that didn't help. On Windows7 that would be C:\Program Files (32bit Windows) or C:\Program Files(x86) (64bit Windows). Olli is right, Steam must be installed in it's default location not just on the C: drive. I just reinstalled my OS and I forgot why I have to have my Steam install in it's default location.
